- Niacinamide IP: 200 mg
- Benzyl Alcohol IP: 2.5% v/v (as Preservative)
- Phenol IP: 0.5% v/v (as Preservative)
- Water for Injections IP: q.s.

- **Dosage:** 1 ml daily or as directed by the physician.
